STEP 1
PURCHASE YOUR WEBSITE PACKAGE
Whether you have checked out online through our quick shop or you are receiving our executive level service and have been given a custom offer, your first step in having your website built is to purchase your website package.
Please email us at management@sarahgrace.tv or use the link below if you need assistance selecting your website package. If you would like to schedule a paid phone or video consultation to discuss your project live, you can do so right here. STEP 2
OPEN YOUR HOSTING ACCOUNT WITH TMD HOSTING
SECURE YOUR HOSTING
If your website is like a house, your hosting account is like your land, and your domain name/web address is like your street address. In order for you to have your website built, you will need to create a hosting plan. Our preferred provide is TMD Hosting because they are highly rated and great at provided our clients with customer service should there be any issues with hosting after we have completed the website design. We always recommend the Cloud Site Package so you have more space in case you ever decided to expand your website and/or create a second website package.
TRANSFER OR REGISTER YOUR DOMAIN NAME
We have provided a link below to sign up for your convenience. With your new hosting account, you will be allowed to either transfer an existing domain name from another company if you already have one, or they will allow you to obtain a free domain name with the purchase of a hosting package and you can renew it per the terms you choose at sign up. If you need assistance transferring a current domain name, you will want to contact the TMD Hosting directly and/or the company that currently has your domain name registered.
SEND US YOUR INFORMATION
Once you have that information, you can forward us your new TMD hosting information and we will reach out to send you a quick online form to grant us permission to access your hosting account while we are in the design process.
STEP 3
SEND US THE CONTENT FOR YOUR WEBSITE
GATHER YOUR FILES
Once you have received your offer and made your payment, its now time to gather information and files we will need to design your website. These may include, but are not limited to the following:
– A high resolution copy of your logo with a transparent background. If you don’t have a logo, text will be used in its place.
– Photographs that are clearly named so we can find them easily when you
– An outline of the pages that were agreed upon during your consultation with the exact text you would like on each page and the names of the photos. It is important you proofread your own wording so we can copy it into the design in an exact way.
SEND US YOUR FILES
You can upload a folder including all of your files below or email us a link to an existing Google drive or dropbox folder (please do not upload or email individual files that aren’t encased in a folder) or you can email us at management@sarahgrace.tv. If you realize you forgot something or would like to edit the folder, you can request the link to be emailed to you to make those changes.
STEP 4
WAIT FOR YOUR WEBSITE DRAFT
Once you have followed all the steps and we have your payment, hosting and domain information and log in, digitally signed access form, we will begin your website design. In the meantime feel free to email us at anytime of day or night and we will respond during our working hours. All official correspondence is required via email and phone and video if needed as referenced above.

STEP 5
REVIEW YOUR WEBSITE DRAFT & PROVIDE FEEDBACK
REVIEW YOUR WEBSITE DRAFT
Once your website design is created based on the content you provide through your client folder, we will send you a password protected link to review and provide feedback.
PROVIDE FEEDBACK
When you are reviewing your website, please take down notes of everything you want to share with us and combine it into one email.
If changes are desired, please send these in bullet point form with very clear direct instructions such as “remove the red bar and put a black oval there” instead of saying something like, “I don’t like the red bar do something else there.” If you have questions that will help you better decide on the revision requests, please feel free to ask those also.
We don’t accept revision requests in long paragraphical formats with vague thoughts and no clear instructions. The more specific you can be, the better we can make sure to capture your vision for the website and make any necessary revisions.
STEP 6
APPROVE YOUR WEBSITE
Once your website is completed and approved, you website can be fully published and shared with the world.
This would be a great time to consider ordering a promotional video or flyer design to promote your website. Contact us for more information.

STEP 7
CONTACT US FOR UPDATES
Once your website design created and being shared with the world, you may find that from time to time you would like something updated. You can hire us for updates as needed or ask us about monthly subscriptions to get the best value. We also offer DIY classes, if you would like to learn how to update it yourself. Contact us for more on either option.
