STEP 1
RESPOND TO YOUR OFFICIAL APPEARANCE INVITATION
Once you have received your official in studio appearance invitation please make sure to view and sign your online In Studio Instructions and Media Release Form. If you have not received an official invitation, please go to www.sarahgrace.tv/beontv to fill out an appearance request form and wait for a response before proceeding.
STEP 2
SCHEDULE YOUR TIME AND DATE
Once you have received your invitation and filled out your online forms, now you are ready for scheduling. If you haven’t already been manually scheduled or if you didn’t schedule during your online form process, you can schedule here.
STEP 3
LOOK FOR YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once you have received your official in studio appearance invitation, signed your online forms, and scheduled your studio day and time, you should receive a confirmation email letting you know that your day and time has been confirmed. If you haven’t received it in within a business week, please check your spam/junk mail for it and if you can not find it, please contact us.
STEP 4
PREPARE FOR YOUR IN STUDIO APPEARANCE
Once you have received your official in studio appearance invitation, signed your online forms, and scheduled your studio day and time, received a confirmation email then you can begin to prepare to meet us in the studio! Please review the following information to be best prepared for your studio day. SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE IN THE STUDIO WITH YOUR FOLLOWERS!
We want you to have a great time when you come in for your studio filming, please feel free to take pictures and videos of yourself and the production team and volunteers if you would like. We just ask that you don’t video tape more than 15 seconds of our taping.

PROMOTE YOUR PROGRAM ON ALL OF OUR OUTLETS WITH THE PROMOTIONAL GRAPHIC WE WILL SEND YOU.
Once your program is available on demand, we will send you a promotional graphic that you can share with your followers. Your interview will also be aired on the local cable networks we are a part of, and we can find out the dates and times per your request.
